Begining with the purchase of the alarm in May I was told to sign for me and my husband even though he was deployed. I told him to take a copy of my POa but he refused. I asked if I should sign my husbands name by POA and the salesman said not to. Due to the fact that there was a sexual preditor in the area I decided to go ahead and sign the agreement and contract but he insisted that I sign both mine and my husbands name.

About a week later the alarm begin to malfuntion and would say the kintchen entry door was open, if the alrm was on this would cause it to go off. They came to repair the sensor twice. Then in June the back door begin to malfuntion and the alarm went off, again my kids paniced so I ran into the kitchen to shut it off, in a state of panic and the crying and screaming of my girls I fell injuring my leg which later resulted in a blood clot and appearent permanant damage to the veins in my leg.

I called to have it repaired again, three times and nobody ever showed. I them spoke with a supervisor who said it was because their phone lines were down, he would have somebody there in 24 hours. Again there was a no show.

I called the supervisor back and he then confirmed that this would cause the contract to be null and void and I could probably get reimbursed for the previous payments and transferred me to Lee. Lee never returned my calls.
Being that my husband was deployed I then had my dad call and again was told I would be called and never was. My husband called today and they tried to work out a deal, but would not agree that the contract was void and still wanted to try to fix the alarm that could never be used. I stopped payment in September and they continued to bill me.

The rep. Devin agreed to cancel the payments for Sept.- Dec, but wants payment for Jan and next month, and want to now send somebody to repair the alarm again. They did not offer to reimburse the payments already made for an alarm that couldn't be used. As per my conversation with Daniel, I want the alarm removed and I want to be reimbursed for these payments. Its been more trouble than what its worth. This contract should be null and void from the beginning. Shouldn't It?
