Frank Phone: 248-787-8241 Never showed up ontime. So called to find the status, but that's when starts the lies and troubles started

Called a week before to setup an appointment (even at that time there were some hints of trouble) First thing came to my mind is "if it sounds like a duck, talks like a duck, it is a duck. They did not show up at the time, so called to find the status. They said there were some miunderstanding between his manager, which is his wife, and him. He wasn't aware of the appointment, so he promised to be at the location within an hour. An hour and a half passed, called again, so they said, they are driving on their way. 30 minutes later his wife called and asked me if they could come 4 hours later, so I explained how this is all messing up my schedule.

So they said, they will come 4 hours later. His wife, the manager, called me back again and asked if they could come the next day. I was upset becasue waiting for them 3 hours and wanted to change it for the next day. So I said no becasue there is no place in the house to sleep or rest with a 3 yr old child. Then she said, they will give $30 discount from the total for the trouble. Finally they showed up 5 hrs later. When I saw then movers I was shocked, one mover almost looks like should be in a strecher (somewhere in his 60's) and the next one someone from the street and shouldn't be a mover.

After moving two boxes, the kid started to complain about some boxes being too big, which I carried from the basement to the 1st floor myself. Then the owner wanted to use the washroom and cloged the toiled and came out asking for the plunger, then the other two movers wanted to use the washroom, one mover used it more than once. After got to the new place, they wanted to use the washroom again, which was pretty annoying. Then pretty much didn't care about boxes because the boxes were getting smatched, stacked on top with heavy stuff and ripped.

Finally at the end, I noticed my couch has a 2 inch tear, so I mentioned to the boss, but he started proving to me that how honey he is and all that. Then, whateve, just tell me how much I owe you and get it over with, so he gave me the price, so I asked him about the $30 off for the trouble, then he said, that's if I postpone to the nextday. I was so fedup with the whole thing and just gave him the money. Ask I started unpacking the box, everything was broken inside, and the glass top table was broken inside eventhough I mentioned to him to handle with care. One of the glass box was poked with sharp stuff about 7 times (mostlikely with the intention of scratching, and the glass table box was cut with something sharp, that may be why the couch was damaged. Moral of the story, DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY!
