they are liars
they advertise complete satisfaction... They are LIARS and CHEATS! They sell defective mattresses and after 11months they only want to give you partial credit on a SET and not replace the box spring! So you are left with a mix matched set! They give you a cheap replacement unless you want to spend more money! Go to a reputable store! Buyer beware!!!
