Too many delays and 4 days later

Named Rotorooter on Friday, Jan 4 at about 3 pm to plan a scheduled appointment for that following day, when possible to repair a broken water-pipe. I'd no water in your home. Visit was designed for Saturday between 12-4. At about 2:00 on Sunday, I obtained a phone they could not create it out that day-but guaranteed me that on Friday a technician will be there between 8-12. Obviously, no body turned up with no one in the organization named to inform me of a wait. I named them about 1:00 simply to be informed the specialist was tangled up but I had been next in-line for support. 3:30 a dispatacher calls to express they would not have the ability to ensure it is, and guaranteed me that on Wednesday morning (4 times from first phone) somebody would be-at my house between 7: thirty and 8:00am. At 8:10 I named asking concerning the standing of the technician. After waiting on-hold for five minutes, I had been informed "he is on the road". By 9:05 no body turned up and so I quit for function; the full time have been lost. Lastly at 9: thirty the dispatcher calls to express the technician reaches my house. I talked using the technician and he cited a cost of $375 to displace a connection tube that had burst. I'd previously listed the component anf understood it had beennot significantly more than about $20.00. He then continued to express he needed to work out how to handle the issue and also the fix might have a few hours. I am disappointed that it required 4 times to ultimately get somebody out towards the home which was just after numerous calls backwards and forwards. The technician appeared uncertain of herself. I decided on a diverse organization to complete the job. I have applied Rotorooter previously and was happy. This time around I am very, very, dissatisfied. It will be some time before I take advantage of them again!
