Around 2 years ago i did a cash advance over the internet. A company call me in July asking for over $2,000 that included court cost and other fees, stating that there was a check to ccs that was never paid. They took my money from my credit card. Now a company is calling they are not identifying themselves only stating that his name is Robert Marshall and he is an officer and i need to pay them for a check that is outstanding. Same story and i recognized his voice from the last time, he said that i was wrong, and went straight to ask for $4000.00. He asked me to wire the money to a company in SanJose California. Today, this individual kept caling my job and my cell phone number. This company are Frauds and are trying to get money from anyon that will pay them by scaring them. This needs to stop. When i did a reverse phone look up with te first number of 936-362-3032. Today, they call from an 866-447-9180. They will not say the companies name nor provide proof of the debt, all he says that he works for the law and if you do not send the money he will send you to jail.
