Todd Leatherman is the best con artist that I've come across in years. He ripped me off and others. He has stolen from hundreds of sub contractors and homeowners. On a business level he is the biggest cheat I ever came across. If I were a sub I wouldn't work for him, if I was a homeowner I wouldn't have him build a dog house, let alone a custom home. He new scheme of late is Toddpod's man what a rip. Charges 3, to some time 5 times what there worth. Honestly if your about to do business with this man, I would dig deep. He hides a lot of uglies in his wife's name but he has lien's and legal trouble up the wazzu. Save money, save a nasty headache and go else where. I'd never work for him again, I feel so sorry for the people who hire him, or get hired by him. The bottom line if you do it's my opinion your getting beat...
