Where Is My Refund?

I ordered a Atlanta Braves # 31 Greg Maddux Jersey for my kid's birthday. The next day Majestic says they can't make or sell a retired player's jersey so I ask for a refund. Checks in the mail. The ajent says I'll get that done today, I didn't think anymore about it until a week later when a salesman leaves a voice mail saying what I wanted to trade out for that jersey they couldn't make. So I called and said I went to another store and bought that same jersey and I wanted my money back. I knew they weren't going to do it because I would check and see if they were rip offs or just made a mistake and after almost 3 weeks, nothing and here is what they e mailed me yesterday, this is from Majestic Athletic: Dear William, Thank you for contacting the Majestic Club House Store in regards to your issue. Our goal is to provide quality customer service to each and every one of our valued customers.in regards to your request, unfortunately, at this time we do not have information as to when we expect to credit your account. OK what does that sound like to you? To me it sounds like a delaying thing and I will just go away after awhile. But I'm not. Those Jersey's are pretty high but that's not it, its just they are trying to steal money. William
