House falling apart

Because my wife and that I purchased our hand harbor house, the rug has folded in large places, the units dropped of the wall and may have murdered my spouse; the top continues to be fixed twice; the lover about the HVAC hasbeen changed; the hardwood needed to be replaced and reinstalled three times;the hearth leaks after-repaired the very first time; the Texas workplace hasn't adopted through with repairs aswell; I've surfaces that aren't block that was come up with in a couple weeks in Texas; and these are simply a fell of the small issues. We purchased our lure in Sanantonio on Austin Highway 5 years back.
