Dishonest company do not use

Ordered flowers for funeral delivery and joined the rewards program to get discount, that part was fine. But one month later Aug 1, my card was charged $14.99 from Identityworldwidecom with no number so I googled it and it is affliated with Blooms Today. I call saying I have unauthorized charge and they said they will send me confirmation of cancellation but cannot return monies? Blooms NEVER mentioned or emailed me information for this How the heck were we suppose to cancel something we were not even aware of. Do not support this company they are ripping off so many people. After researching more, others are complaining and they could care less because it continues. The employees should be embarrassed to work for such disgusting sorry excuse of a company.
