HORRIBLE - Flowers

This company is horrible. I ordered flowers for a funeral. The wake was on tues and I ordered on saturday. They called me at the wake to cancel my order. I also joined blooms rewards which was a big mistake and I had to call them. Blooms reward then sent me an email and informed me that they are going to charge my credit card for the half off I received. I did not receive anything. I will report them to the BBB if I do not get all of my money back.
