Terrible mothers day experience!

For Mothers Time I requested a rose design for my Grandma and another for my Mom-in law, equally to become shipped within the Dallas area. It's 2 nights after Mothers Time and also the blossoms haven't BEEN DELIVERED!!! I've NAMED 4 OCCASIONS but still the blossoms haven't been shipped. After I talked towards the manager-this day to confirm the purchase he explained "nicely these blossoms have not been shipped"... NO KIDDING? That might be the reason behind my phone. The intended SUPERVISOR created no try to correct the problem whatsoever. Their only suggestion until now hasbeen to return my cash we will notice if that occurs anytime soon. Obviously this is my initial and FINAL buy from Wesley Berry Plants.
