Scam company, don't use them! They charge you to discontinue service!

This company was used as our registered agent for our corporation. It's an $85 fee. We decided not to use them anymore, and they're automatically charging our credit card $85 each year until we PAY THEM $99 TO END THE SERVICE!!!
DO NOT use this company. I tried to discontinue service with them, and until I pay $99, they will keep charging me forever. Didn't see this in any documentation when I signed up (for one year only). Did not sign up for more than that. If you are in this situation, do a CHARGEBACK on them. If they get enough chargebacks for this type of scam, they will lose their merchant account.
