Pods... Misleading... Deceptive... Bait & switch... No customer service assistance or mgmt help!

In June we ordered PODS on four different occasions within a one week period. Each time the representative on the phone explained our PODS would be stored at their facility at 5479 Leeper Drive, West Palm Beach, Florida 33407. Our initial payment for the PODS covered pick-up, delivery to the facilty, one-month of storage (plus a three day grace period) and re-delivery to new address as long as it was within 50 miles of the POD storage location (it is exactly 12.2 miles).

One month after our PODS were delivered to the new address we received a charge on our credit card for redelivery for all four PODS. I contacted customer service as well as management who argued with me and cursed at me at one point explaining I had to pay the redelivery fee. I requested an audit of all four conversations pertaining to my orders be pulled. I waited three weeks with no response, knowing that those phone conversations would prove them WRONG. I went to my credit card company who credited the account and they requested PODS to send verification of these charges. PODS NEVER sent verification to my credit card company. So I thought the problem was resolved.

NOW, 7 months later I am receivng harrassing phone calls and emails requesting payment be made. This company is deceptive, misleading and they STEAL people's money. There is no one at this company who takes control of the deceptive and unprofessional practices. I WOULD NOT recommend ordering a POD from this company and I DEFINITELY would make sure to get EVERYTHING in writing even the very fine details because they will find a way to squeeze more money out of you than what they quoted.
