Don't waist your time or money, they have no intention of doing anything except take your processing fee.
They keep stringing you along until you say screw it, that's what they count on.
Just deal with your vital records office directly by mail, it will be
cheaper and faster then dealing with this scam company. Whats really sad
is that most all states use these crooks and sanction ripping people
off. The states must get a cut of the proceeds they steal from people.
And don't be fooled, anyone giving high marks to this company works for them.
