I purchased an air splat gun for my grandson. After giving it to him we found it did not work good so I got in touch with Air splat and told them of my problem. They gladly replaces it free of charge. All I had to pay was the shipping. Although the problem was not their fault they still replaced it. This is a great company to do business with and I highly recommend them. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
