Clicks don't care about customer service

I reside in Limpopo but was in Jhb for just two times. Recently I purchased a container of Andolex Throat Spray (Reddish fluid) at Southdale Department of Ticks when I needed to visit a physician for the reason that region (I never visit the south usually). After I got home I noticed that I'd been provided (in a closed box and so I could not start within the shop) the natural fluid, that will be not what I personally use. When I never visit the south of Jhb usually, I went in to the closest Ticks (Fourways) simply to be informed they wouldn't assist me to swop it, I'd need to create the journey back again to the south where the merchandise was bought and trade it there. Therefore it seems that every Ticks shop is definitely an organization by themselves and customer support does not matter. I'll return to Southdale after I visit Jhb again, but only when Ticks gives for that gas it'll consider for me personally togo a lot of kms out-of my method, simply to match them, BECAUSE THEY MADE THE MISTAKE IN THE FIRST POSITION. I'm totally ashamed.
