Ripped me off and no longer have a phone number to contact them Ventura

Americanstandard charges me $199 to receive listing for homes being forclosed on. They gave me sample letters to mail to the owners to let me take over their loan before they lose their home. Not one reply back and the homes are still being lived in.
After several phone conversations with Americanstandard and following their instructions still no sucess. I was promised my money back after 90 days. I didn't have the 5 rejection letters from the owners because I didn't have 1 response.
I followed all the procedures to get my money back but nothing. I then called them and guess what? The phone number is no longer in service!
Please do not give them any money or believe anything they say!
I want my money back and would like to see them be put out of business!
