Unprofessional practice

Mr. Hernandez, owner of this accouting firm, did not include a W2 for a large amount of money into our taxes even after he was given the W2. We were audited several years later and because of his error (which he claims he did not do - is lying) we were assessed $8300 including 2 years worth of interest and penalties. When I called him to contact the IRS and resolve this problem he would not do it. Even the IRS contacted him to solve this problem and he would not answer them.

He was being spiteful and mean because he said "I fired him" which I did not do. Reason we stopped using him to do our taxes was because He refused to file our taxes on time even after he knew we would be away for 3 months and filed an extension without our consent. When I found this out I told him we would not use him anymore.

However, common decency would dictate that he contact the IRS and let them know if there was not an error so we would not have to pay $8300 assessment now.

He is just plain mean and has an arrogant attitude.
