Ripoff! Dishonest terrible service

Purchased a 5 year Leather warranty for $169.00 from Stainsafe thru McGreggors Furnature Co in Coralville, IOWA in April.

In June we reported to Stainsafe that the cushions were failing / cracking. They accepted our claim, assigned a number and sent a report MONKEY out to "FIX" the issue. He sanded and restained the area. Now all the cushions are failing and Stainsafe has given us the run-around 7 months now.

The first 3 months - the items are on order - then we find out they never ordered the repair leather / cushions. Now, all we get is a " we don't know when the ordered parts will be in "

The 40 minutes on hold to the warranty service number is the norm. We email and fax EVERTHING to them as a followup to all phone calls to build a paperwork trail.

Someone needs to start a class action — I'd sign up for sure.
