There oughta be a law, 4 years after ending my lease with them they went into my bank account and withdrew money

4 years after ending my equipment lease they went into my bank account and just helped themselves... There ought to be a law against firms acting this way.
I will have to now spend countless hours on the phone to try and retrieve my money.
The wierd part is if I had done this to someone I would be writing this from jail.
