I introduced my Redmax Expert trimmer there to get a small fix in July. I got it to Motterts since I bought it there fresh in 2005. I had been informed by Mr. Charlie Mottert the fix might take-no several week. Good, challenging to become with no trimmer to get a week within the look of lawn developing, but okay. I named Motterts shop 1 week later to determine easily might get the trimmer. No solution in the store on the Mon around 12:30pm, I quit a note. I eventually obtained a call-back stating he nevertheless has been doing nothing using the trimmer also it might be another fortnight! Pissed but providing the advantage of the question I decided. Fourteen days move, no trimmer, no solution of the telephone anyday of the week, no delivered calls towards the communications, so when I went 35 kilometers towards the store to determine exactly what the * is certainly going on, the shop is private and closed up. I'm not alone with this specific issue, another guy was there to complete just like I had been. Their mower was only within the closed entrance without any repairs completed to within the four weeks Motterts had his mower. This B.S. Continued for 8 1/2 months!!! I went by his shop all-hours weekly they were considered available based on his sign up the doorway, each time secured gates no body there-no responded calls nothing! After threatening to exhibit up using the Sheriff Dept. To obtain my trimmer back completed or not I obtained a phone from Mr. Mottert stating the trimmer is amazingly completed after 2 1/2 weeks. Whenever a visited Motterts to get my trimmer no apology, or discount was provided. After I came home to ultimately cut my lawn the trimmer worked for around 35 seconds. It had been useless again for that same issue it went directly into Mottertis for S*T

I called Motterts immediately and Mr Mottert responded (incredible). After detailing what only occurred he explained I really could provide it in for him to check out it, but it might consider another couple months!? I strongly advised him I'll never go back to his store and that I desire all one to do exactly the same. I did so consider the trimmer to some well-known BBB certified store in St. Louis who after I told them-this same tale they stated I'm atleast the 20Th client that has arrived at them after these same difficulties with MOTTERTis LAWNMOWER REPAIR IN ARNOLD MO 63010.
