Fails to delive

I've been an amerigas client for 7 years. The final 24 months continues to be true annoying. I required shipping on wednesday day and was informed I'd be garranteed shipping within 48-hours easily paid one more fee. Well its friday morning, 72 hours later with no gasoline! I called again and was informed from the woman that " she recognized exactly what a garrantee was" but there's a "state-of crisis because of snow". What? We've 5" however the streets are obvious and that I possess a road to my tanks! The only real "state-of crisis" is my loved ones attempting to remain comfortable! Cheers for understanding this is of garrantee amerigas!
