Nu Wave ripped me off

On Monday 22 March, I struck a jetty and broken the vessel. I got the vessel to Nu Trend about the 23rd of March, the vessel endured to get a week since Gavin who 'possesses' the course choose to go on leave, which irritated me. Gavin gave us the very first quote per week later and Nu Wave ripped his estimate, the quote was recognized from the insurance. I experienced the estimate was high for that little fibreglass repair. I talked to some friend of quarry within the fibreglass company and he decided, he also provided his knowledge to correct the vessel.insurance approved and paid us immediately. After departing 6 messages however no response from Nu Wave or Gavin. My spouse visited get the vessel and informed Gavin she was getting it. A man from the title of George was standing within the course screamed at her, if she requires the vessel she's to pay for him R3000.00 for that estimate, she chuckled at him, but he was adament, he then transformed his tale that it had been for storage. Not our problem Gavin was on leave? She requested them to send an account having a break down of how they reached this figure, they couldnt tell her as it was 'only a figure' they desired to launch the vessel. I called Ken to go over this and he wasn't flexible. We'd to pay for before selection!!!
