Inspectional Services is not really an inspection company but a one man scam operation set up to defraud both consumers and lenders

Inspectional services has a web site that pretends to represent a large inspection firm for lenders. "They" will inspect work to see if its satisfactory before a bank issues payment. It's a fraud. Its not a company but a one man operation. The "owner" Edward Canney is a fired building inspector who has no inspectional nor constructional licenses with Massachusetts (Check with the state). Canney will sign off on anything to get people loans or get a crooked contractor paid (with a "kickback" for sure).

When I asked him about not having a license he laughed and said he didn't need one since he had a state representative named Brad Jones in his pocket. No surprise that when I tried complaining to the state I got nowhere at all.

I told some friends of mine to sue him for signing off on some defective work that a contractor did that later collapsed but they don't want to put good money after bad.

Maybe if enough people complain something will be done.
