Received a guarantee that I would be provided information concerning a telephone number used byan suspected untrustworthy individual. I've tried this before by other companies and was unsatisfied there too. For the "reduced trial fee" I thought I'd try since "satisfaction is guaranteed" The result I got was a telecom business and not theindividual who uses the phone. I immediately contacted the company and complained. The immediate response was an offer to provide a credit and that an refund was not possible. So much for "satisfaction guaranteed". Of course, I denied the credit as what sense would it make to use a service already proven unreliable.
