This company did not honor the contract signed and agreed upon

When I first signed up with this company, they agreed to draft my monthly payments the second weekend of every month. This was the contract we signed and agreed upon. I noticed payment did not come out on the agreed upon date. I emailed them, with no response. They actuallydrafted my account on the 25th and caused my rent check to bounce. This caused a $50 NSF fee with my bank on top of over $200 in late fees from my landlord. I also tried to call their office with no response and finally sent another email. After my 3rd attempt, I finally got a response. The woman who responded offered to take the $50 NSF fee off my next months bill and the woman who made the error was reprimanded and "sincerely sorry". I told them, that this was not acceptable customer service. I told them it should not take that long for them to respond to such a sensitive issue as billing andsince they did not honor that agreement, it is now void. I asked them to refund all the money I had paid and to terminate our relationship. Thankfully they agreed and I no longer have to worry about their shady business practices. I called my bank as well to put a stop payment on their auto bank draft, just to be on the safe side.
