Need to be aware of how customers get treated!

I got my child for an hair-do in Clermont, Florida. Hairdresser didn't adhere to hair-do. She created an overall total chaos of hair. I expected for a reason, Linda would not answer. She created my child cry on her behalf big day. Boss (Flor) got additional stylists to assist my child with hairstyle. Used to donot see Jane anymore. Lastly they got it completed. It wasn't the hairstyle my child desired, but atleast it seemed great. Flor returned with another boss (man). He explained I'd just get 10% discount. I had been billed $45.00 after being there all night, mad, and stressed-out!!! I truly want somebody might do something positive about this injustice!!! However angry...
