Mislead and lied

I visited H&R Stop this year looking to obtain the same excellent support i acquired this past year. After calling the consultation point to try and enter to get a Emerald Progress I had been provided the incorrect visit evening and incorrect workplace so when i turned up to wherever i believed my visit was I had been informed I'd no visit scheduled there. I'd requested the visit point man easily might simply walk-in and become observed and he explained no I'd to create a visit and discovered later which was a rest. Anyways i make an application for the progress with somebody who was atleast 80 (not laying) and stated he'd not completed a Emerald Progress before but there is no body else that may assist at that time (bad old man i felt sorry for him and so I permitted him to complete my software anyways) nicely i wound up virtually performing the applying myself since he held entering the incorrect data in to the pc but I acquired authorized anyways and so I was pleased. I returned after I acquired my w 2is to document my return and informed the preparer I needed my reimbursement back exactly the same method I acquired this past year that was a RAL and he held mentioning anything of a RAC and that I kept wondering what which was and was informed we'd review all that as we were completed (RAC seemed such as the just like a RAL in my experience) I had been requested about daycare costs when it found that component and that I told them I'd nearly $3000 in costs but he made it appear to be i didnt have sufficient to state which it wouldnt be worth obtaining the bill for (this past year my spouse was a stayathome father so we didnt have daycare this past year and so I didnt understand something about this credit) therefore he managed to get appear to be it'd create no distinction on my tax-return nicely at the conclusion of everything i discover that I've to hold back 8-15 times for my tax-return that we must have been informed they don't do the RALis anymore and that I was also lied to after I asked about this and was informed no body was performing the RALis anymore since the government has barred them. Garcia and Hewitt however does RALis but won't actually be heading there again possibly and that's an entire nother tale!!! Was informed whenever we returned to protest they might notice if we're able to document a ammended tax-return to declare the daycare costs at no cost but a few times later got an awful and rude 5-minute information stating it had been our problem for that which we'd need to spend if we needed it completed. Well perhaps it had been notably our problem for relying them to understand just how to document a tax-return and informing us we're able to have gotten another $500 for that daycare but next year I'll move elsewhere and certainly will make use of a accountant which only costs around $100-150 rather than the rough $260 I had been billed and might have it back faster also! Oh and did i note the man that did my second return was around 70! I'll be processing my ammended return myself!
