I ordered a bra and night gown and never received it. Continuously I have called and asked what can be done. I was told that the bra was on back order and the night gown was out of stock from the manufacturer. So, I waited antother three weeks to call and see what the status was. I was told the same thing again. Calling repeatedly and getting nowhere was frustrating. About 5 months later I called the Better Business Bureau. I was told they can jot down the information but not much can be done. So, I kept calling and calling and finally a year later I found their name on this site. How can I get my money back? I still have the eamil sent to me on the order I placed. Not sure what to do. I want my money!!! Julieupstate, ny, New York
