6 Week Body Makeover ripoff fraudulent guarantee dishonest uncaring scam

I ordered the Michael Thurmond Six Week Body Makeover from Provida Life Sciences and it was promply shipped. I didn't have the time required nor the food needed to start the diet immediately, so I waited a week until I got paid and also have the weekend to prepare the meals.
I tried the system for 6 weeks with no measurable results. I find the invoice for return instructions and called for an authorization number to return the product since it didn't work and they GUARANTEE the results or your MONEY BACK. They wouldn't give me a return authorization because I hade the product for 7 1/2 weeks.
When I tried to explain to them that I didn't start the program for a week following, they said too bad, you should have started it when you got it and they won't authorize me to send it back. Oh, yea, and they still bill my credit card monthly for the purchase. All they want is your money! They don't care about your results just so long as you don't want your money back! What a fraud!
