Ripoff stole TV won't call back unprofessional changed dates of delivery with no notice BAD COMPANY lied about service agreement San Jose

I had been communicating with a woman named Layla the whole time prior to the move and as soon as the move happened and when I needed to talk to someone, she had conveniently "taken a leave of absence". I needed to talk to her because everything she told me concerning the move turned out to be lies.

First, she told me that their storage facility was in Arizona. It is not and my stuff was stored in Washington for a whole month unbeknownst to me. Second, I asked specifically if there was a "transport fee" and she told me there wasn't. At the time of the move they told me that I had to pay this "transport fee" and because Layla was "absent", there was nothing that could be done.

After my "free" month of storage, I decided to leave my stuff there for another month and pay for it. I told them this on the phone. After discussing the issue on the phone with one person and coming to a decision, another person from the company called and asked me what I wanted to do with my stuff. I told her that I had already told them that I wanted to leave my stuff there for another month. She said okay.

15 minutes later, she calls back and says that they already loaded my stuff up and it was on it's way to Phoenix. She also told me that I had 2 days to find a storage place in Phoenix that could accomodate a 53 foot truck.

I found a place and when I was supposed to meet them, of course they were about 3 hours later than they said they would be. And when they unloaded my stuff, my TV was missing. He just told me to call the company and deal with it.

After calling the horrible people who are so rude for a week and a half, I didn't get one phone call back. I didn't get any calls until I threatened to have my lawyer call them. Still, they were very unhelpful and rude.

Finally, after more calling and asking them to look in the storage facility, they called and said that they found it and it would be sent to me. 3 weeks later, nothing. I called again and left a message. Of course no call back for about 2 weeks. When I did get a call back, there was nothing in the computer concerning the matter.

She was going to look into it and call me back within the week. That was about a month ago. I started calling again today.
