Double Billing over and over even after 3 calls

This company has billed for magazines (the same three) over and over again even after calling them 3 times to get it corrected. Each person you talk to says its corrected in the system before you hange up. Ony to have another bill show up the next week or two. Now when you call you get the office is closed please call back. And try to get your money back you get I'll have to look into it and call you back well the call back does not ever come.
