Enticing Eye Store
Trang (Liana) Nguyen Sent product 1 month after ordered so I returned it and she won't give me a refund. Capital One refuses to work with me because I didn't get the papers to them fast enough!

I ordered product from Enticing Eye Store and was charged immediately. I waited and waited and finally called and e-mailed several times. Finally after a month I called Capital One to dispute it and they took it off. So when visa took the charge back she finally sent the product. So I returned the product with delivery confirmation.

Meanwhile, she submitted documents that said she sent it even though she had already gotten her product back. Six weeks later Capital One sends me a notice that I have one day to resubmit proof that she got it back. So I called and they told me to go ahead and send it. Well a month later visa says I didn't get the supporting documentation in their time frame so they closed the dispute.

So I am out my money with no product! And visa refuses to work with me! Visathentold meto contact the merchant directly! But she won't answer calls or e-mails.

I had originally bought from her on e-bay but she suggested I just e-mail her my order and she would send it out. I had no problem before that! I got her info from e-bay because I was a prior customer. Buyers BEWARE!
