Non payment for work performed

! St choice facilities services called our company for necessary plumbing repairs to several of their clients stores in the DC area, we did confirm the payment which would be due in 45 days, received confirmationagreement, signatures and have been told now several times the check was coming. They are now 2 weeks beyond the 45 day due date and once again I have been told the check is in the mail, they will have till the end of this week for it to arrive before we begin legal proceedings.in the future they will have to pay up front before we would do any work for them again. We do not recommend that any one do business with them and let their clients know about it as well.
