Neil Ford, Omni-Care called us about a month ago for electrical repairs, we completed the work a month ago and have not received payment for our services

A month ago we were contacted by OMNI-CARE Group Inc. They asked us to give them an esimate to fix a sign for a store, that is one of their clients. We gave them an estimate and my company employee went and looked at what the problem was and how much to fix it. OMNI-CARE Group Inc. Told us that we could fix it for them.

We had to order a part for the sign to get it fixed, so it took about a week to get the part in. As soon as we received the part, my employee went and fixed the sign. We did everything that we was told to do.

I emailed the workorder and our invoice to them for parts and labor. A week went by and we were told that the check would be in the mail for the services we completed for them. We never received payment and when I have attempted to contact our client, she would not return our calls or emails. It's like that got what they wanted but, now they don't want to pay us.

I have also contacted the CEO of OMNI-CARE Group Inc. And he told me 2 weeks ago the check was in the mail, never received it again. Well last week, he told me the same thing and we have not received it as of yet. I have called and emailed them and have not heard anything back from them.

We are not wanting to take legal action, but it looks like that is what we are going to have to do. If I ran our company like this, we would be out of business quick!!! It is just a shame that companies do this to people.
