Calling card scam

I bought this calling card called my Georgia for $3 made one international call for about 35 cents and had a balance on the card of approx$2.60, the next time i tried calling, they had taken out over $2.00 for service fees. I called customer service for a refund and was informed instructions are in spanish and i should have read them.

No refund was given to me, but please do not use these kind of services, its a scam, poor customer service and total rip off.
