Poor planing and late appointments

Our washer was occasionally unlevel throughout the spin period. Sometimes it worked, often not. I got out something agreement, in case it got worse. It did. But I ought to have paid money. I have used three months partly drip drying the washing, and awaiting the guarantee agreement technician included a level more expensive in lost-work.

I called Dec. 22. Our first fix was planned for AM Dec. 28. I waited all AM, arrived PM. They mightnot repair it, and required components. Two technicians returned AM Jan. 7. They nevertheless could not repair it, since not all of the components have been shipped. I planned another visit for AM Jan. 10. Nobody confirmed, interval. I named 1 800-4MY-HOUSE. "Oh, we are sorry friend, we should have had a significant computer glitch with mail. We will possess a specialist there today." Routine, right? Today it gets interesting.

I request Mother to become at my home. A specialist truck draws within the garage. Our mom recognizes him: 1 guy, not 2 like before. Specialist gets on his mobile phone; calling his helper? No. He calls the incorrect quantity in my own documents — my mobile phone — and that I missed the phone call. He went away before Mother completed unlocking the doorway to prevent him. No bump, no doorbell, no "sorry we missed you card." Mother calls me. I contact customer support. "Sorry sir, you missed your visit." Uh, no

Provided Sears' several mistakes, all I'd like is just a very first thing AM or very last thing PM visit. I actually donot care if it's 6am or 8pm. Sears declines. All I will do is accept another half-day of lost-work. Therefore much my summer holiday, I simply offered it towards the washing fix guy.
