Rip clients off and do not deliver on promises

5 years back we were cited to get a light and audio system by Speed Holdings of R340 000-00. I told Tony, we didn't require it being an instant area of the building method. Tony proceeded to recommend that people had a need to do the wiring in the beginning of the building stage and he persuaded us to pay for nearly R300 000.00 upfront as he'd purchase the program and maintain it till it was required which method we'dnot be susceptible to any currency variations etc... We subsequently settled it. At-one place my partner went directly into Tony's workplace wherever he confirmed my spouse our 'program'. We currently have to deploy this system and we've just obtained the lighting part however the audio system has become being withheld because they went and offered our 'program' to another person and certainly will currently no further substitute it for what we taken care of it and also have recommended they are able to just supply the illumination. We were guaranteed a whole estimate which we've written down saturated in gear that's today just been completed half-way. Their justification is the fact that the task has had too much time. They've not returned people the areas they could not supply. Please be skeptical with any key upfront funds required by the corporation and large claims.
