Didn't get all things paid for and photographer stopped communication

While my today spouse and that I first achieved Cinnamon, we believed she was excellent! She'd excellent images, excellent rates, along with a wonderful character. After she got fantastic images at our wedding in June that is when things began to drop slope. She stated it had been just likely to consider 14 days to publish our images onto her online gallery, however it really required 4 weeks. Subsequently, we requested a higher quality disc with our images, a DVD slideshow, along with a proof container with 200 images of our option. We did not get our disc using the images until December. Even today, we still haven't gotten our DVD slideshow and our evidence container with 200 images. I have been attempting to keep in touch with her because the start of December and also have had no reaction from her. I've tried contacting, calling (her voicemail package is complete and so I can't actually abandon her a note), texting, and facebook. If anybody has any recommendations, please let me understand.
