Awful return policy

I've requested from Athleta online for awhile, but I recently attempted to come back and trade some items which were not true-to dimension. They do not offer you a return shipment tag or an exchange type. Alternatively, you contact customer support, perform a research on the site for keyword "return tag", produce it out. And because there is no exchange type to incorporate in the return, you've to contact the client support quantity and reorder and repay for that product you desired to trade. The organization makes it difficult to be considered a dedicated client. Also bad I currently invested a few thousand before I understood how unecessarily annoying they ensure it is to come back anything.
