Antiques & Consignment Gallery Ann & Neil Antiques ripoff Sold our Hummel Nativity Set for what they claim a $500 sell. We paid $960, they had $1200 bid on ebay we got $250 ripoff

My husband had collected a few Hummels but wanted to sell them for a profit. We put them in Ann and Neil Antique Gallery in Ahwatukee, and we though all was well. Ann put them on ebay, our Hummel Nativity Set was up to $1,200 at one time{we paid $960}.

My husband was in the area and stopped by to check on how it was going with the sales of his hummels. Ann proceeded to tell him that the time allowed for his hummels were over a few weeks ago. Needless to say he was in shock. She told him that none of the hummels were his because of the laps in time. What kind of business is this? No cursey call, no follow up, no "what would like to do with yours hummels"? No "would you like to reasign your hummels for another week or so" This is not a business too trust with cosignments of anything you value.

My husband did get his remaining hummels because Neil out powered his wife on this tranaction because my husband told them that was no way to do business and he would be back to get his suff, they didn't want more trouble. But it was too bad for the most expensive item, our Hummel Nativity Set. A week or so later we received a check for $250, a claim they sold the Nativity Set for only $500. We need aleast $550 more to make this a better business.
