Ripoff stole my Christmas money, I have more paper trail than the White House on this. Columbus Ohio

To my disappointment, I could get blood from a turnip easier than getting my money Sears stole. They withdrew from my checking account two (2) payments; one (1) was authorized, the second was not. This action caused numerous checks to be NSF.

I was told they would reimburse me the second (2) unauthorized payment PLUS the total amount of the NSF checks.

Well let me tell you, they do not up hold their word!

It is going on two (2) and a half months now and they did send me a check to recover the second payment, but no check for the NSF!

I have more paper trail than the White House on this.
Whatever they want to do to us they will, but I won't shut up until I am completely satisfied.
