Walter Kanyer Does not pay vendors threatens to destroy you when you take action Internet

I have had to pull the sites for non payment. This person threatens bullies, then apologizes. He is vicious and abusive and expects you to work for free. He has multiple failed businesses. When I first met him, he had not paid his other designer so I worked with him at no charge to get his files. I have worked with him for many years and have had to pull his site for non payment numerous times. He threatens not to pay, will not cooperate when you ask him to take the time to review his work and to work out issues.
