Paul threatens customers physically for old bills from 2000

Paul the manager threatens bodily harm for old bills at 2701 walnut everett wa 98201 i went to les schwab tire center at 2701 walnut everett wa 98201425-259-0814 i was threatned by paul the manager who stated 12/20 the he was gonna take me outside and beat the living hell out of me for an old bill from 2000. He did this in front of a buddy that was with me who i brought in to buy snow chains.in the 4-5 oclock hr in the afternoon. He was very threatning and abusive. I have reported it to the bbb, and the attorney generals office as well i will be contacting les schwab corporate office in regards to this. Paul the manager tries to use intimidation and threatens you for an old bill, instead of trying to be reasonable and try and make arrangements
