Bogus Charges after DVD Purchase

We bought a dvd online from the company bbv*hotmoviesales.com and did not agree to any membership or any additional charges. Three months latter i noticed i had been charged $9.95 per month for the last three months. That one dvd (letters from god) ended up costingme $49.80.
I called them to dispute the charges, and they said that was part of the dvd sale, but i could not find that antwhere on the website, and it was not part of my internet purchase. I researched this company and found it is a nationwide scam. As far as i know we don't have any recourse.
