Kitchenaid includes a guarantee about the shelves from year two through five created within their "Dishwasher Person Directions" which included the dishwasher. After 8 weeks of waiting, we ultimately obtained the changed top and lower shelves, although not the glass and cupholder racks that are part of the racks and made from the exact same substance. They're getting me $116.23 for that glass and cupholder shelves, stating these racks aren't contained in the guarantee. You may wish to think hard just before purchasing a Kitchenaid equipment.
