No transparency or help

I hired a book at my collegeis department of eFollett. After I returned to my dorm I came across 2 emails delivered 2 minutes apart. The very first one was for that book I hired. The latter one was to get a book I never heard about, not to mention hired. After I approached the shop and talked to some supervisor, he explained in the future within the next evening and consult with him again. I went in and described what I had been having difficulty with. He explained "ok, " as though it were a problem, which I'd accomplished something amiss. I ripped out the backup of the emails, and he got them-and quit me standing there without stating a term. After 10-15 minutes, he returned and stated they'd no report of the rental, which I'd to get hold of eFollett through their site. On the site, it just provides the contact data for that specific shops, that we had previously approached. There is no data for that nationwide business, and today I'm quit with only poor encounters using the business with no aid after having eliminated on the wild goose chase.
