Village Green at Arlington Club stole my money, took advantage of me, and provide the most sub standard rental service and environment I have ever sen to live in

I lived in this complex for a year and paid my rent on time each month. When I left the complex they checked me out said everything was ok and that I would get my deposit in the mail. I never received my deposit back. Village green at Arlington Club stole my money. Not only did they steal my deposit money. They put me in collections for $325 claiming the carpet was dirty. I had a one bed apartment and I paid to get it cleaned before I left. My deposit was $650. That means Village Green at Arlington took $975 of my money to clean the carpets. That is beyond excessive and taking advantage of the people who live at your complex on time. This is how this horrible complex and staff treats its tenants that pay on time each month.

The staff in office is the worst only excuse never solutions. Here is horrible. My apartment had lights that didn't work which were never fixed. Why are they charged excessive and unwarrented fees for not doing there job or provide a pathetic excuse for bad service and an dirty complex.

This company never takes responsibility for anything. And on top of it the are full of problems mistakes, lack of attention to detail, incompetence, unprofessional are just a few adjectives that come in to mind when describing Village Green at Arlington Club.

Ask yourself is that what you look for in the community in which you PAY to live.
