I requested a calender with my children pictures onto it and images of my spouse in his military standard. Our offer came from shutterfly and in the place of it comprising my calender, it'd a visitors household pictures inside it! They'd confused my purchase with somebody elses!

After I called them about this I had been on-hold awaiting customer support for 45 units, lastly somebody having a heavy international highlight experimented with assist me. He explained he'd substitute it but that there is no method to findout who'd received my pictures! I required a call-back from the supervisor.
