Biblio.com I returned the wrong international textbook they sent to me, and never received a refund

I recently purchased a textbook from www.Abebooks.com I received the book, however, it was the international edition, which I felt uncomfortable of having so I returned. I had a tracking number and they said they never received it. I complaint numerous times and still have yet to receive my refund.
